Exec Committee - please find attached five (5) applications for your review for the 2017
Board of Directors. Applicants 1-4 submitted by the deadline last Friday, September 30:

5. Jennie Park**

**The fifth applicant, Jennie Park, submitted late due to a close friend's passing during
the submittal process. Her application was submitted today, 10/4. Knowing that SPSG has to
maintain fairness for the abovementioned applicants who submitted by the deadline, Jennie
was notified that her late submittal must be approved by the Exec Committee to be
considered. Please let me know if you will be making an exception and considering her
application along with the other 4 applicants.
